The purpose of this amendment is to increase the design flow to 3 million gallons per day (MGD) and modify the existing treatment technology. The facility will operate an Interim Wastewater Treatment Plant with a capacity of 1 MGD while it modifies the existing facility to accommodate 3 MGD.

The requirements contained in this permit will allow the permittee to comply with the two key requirements of the APP: 1) meet Aquifer Water Quality Standards at the Point of Compliance; and 2) demonstrate Best Available Demonstrated Control Technology (BADCT).
