On May 14, 2026, the comment period begins for the preliminary decision to issue a significant amendment to an Individual Aquifer Protection Program (APP) Permit to Hope Water Arizona South, Inc., for the Clear Springs Wastewater Treatment Plant located in Cochise County, Arizona.
