Pesticides manufacturer facilities produce and distribute insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, nematocides and rodenticides.

The following permit is required when operationing a Pesticide Manufacturer facility in Arizona:

 1.04 GP: Discharge from a Facility that Receives Water from a Well if Discharge is to the Same Aquifer: “Type 1 General Permit: No notification is required, however, best management practices (BMPs) must be followed.”

 1.05 GP: Discharge of Backwash or Condensate if less than 1000 Gallons Per Day
