NOTICE: The Tank Site Improvement Program application submittal period ended Friday, March 29, 2024. Only applications for confirmation of a suspected release may be accepted outside of the defined submittal period.

Leak prevention activities, also known as noncorrective actions, are proactive measures designed to identify releases and to prevent future releases, which can lead to costly cleanups. Eligible UST owners, operators and property owners may request financial assistance from ADEQ through the Tank Site Improvement Program (TSIP).

Noncorrective actions include UST system removals, baseline assessments and sampling to confirm a suspected release, and UST system replacements and modifications to bring UST systems up to current performance standards.
