Where to Park
Next to the State of Arizona's Tucson office (400 W. Congress Street), there is limited free two-hour parking. These spots are closely monitored, and overstaying the limit may result in a ticket. 
 
For longer visits, ADEQ suggests that you park in the parking structure at 498 W Congress St., west of the State of Arizona office building. The cost to park in this parking structure is $1 per hour with a max charge of $8 for the day | View Map >
