What are Areas A, B and C?

Area A:
Includes sections of Maricopa, Pinal, and Yavapai Counties with the following programs in place to help reduce air pollution:
- Vehicles registered at addresses located in Area A that are more than five years old (by manufacture date) require an emissions test | Learn More >

- Arizona’s Cleaner Burning Gasoline Program requires fuels sold to meet certain fuel formulation requirements | Learn More >
- Stage I Vapor Recovery is required while refueling gasoline storage tanks
