You may need all or some of the following permits:

  • 1.01 GP: Discharge From a Sand and Gravel Operation, Placer Mining Operation, or Other Similar Activity: Type 1 General Permit: No notification is required, however, best management practices (BMPs) must be followed. 
  • 1.04 GP: Discharge from a Facility that Receives Water from a Well if Discharge is to the Same Aquifer: Type 1 General Permit: No notification is required, however, best management practices (BMPs) must be followed.
