Along with this new service, Fiserve will apply a surcharge to all invoices paid by credit card, and State agencies will retain the full transaction amount.

Credit Card Surcharge Fees: 

• VISA: 2.2% or $2.00, whichever is greater                    
• MasterCard: 2.2% or $2.00, whichever is greater          
• Discover: 2.2% or $2.00, whichever is greater               
• American Express: 2.2% or $2.00, whichever is greater
