The ADEQ Underground Storage Tank (UST) – Leaking Underground Storage Tank Program requires use of an ADEQ-certified UST service provider. The work requiring an ADEQ-certified UST service provider includes: installation and retrofit, cathodic protection testing, interior lining, tightness testing, and decommissioning.
ADEQ does not endorse the companies or individuals identified in the database.1
The Database Identifies:
- Firms that employ one or more individuals who hold certification
- Information regarding required manufacturer certification for the use of a piece of equipment, product or methodology that is on file with ADEQ for individuals certified in the category of tightness testing
- Information regarding required manufacturer certification for the use of a piece of equipment, product or methodology that is on file with ADEQ for individuals certified in the category of interior lining
