The facility is located in Pima County, Arizona, in Sections 8, 9, 13, 16, 17, 19, 20, and 21, and parts of Sections 3-7, 10, 11, 14, 15, 18, and 24, in Township 18 South, Range 12 East; and Sections 17-20, 29, and parts of Sections 16, 21, 28, and 30 in Township 18 South, Range 13 East, of the Gila and Salt River Base Line and Meridian.
