ADEQ has received a Remedial Action Work Plan for remedial actions to be conducted at the Mystic at the Lake Pleasant Heights Voluntary Remediation Program (VRP) site (VRP Site Code 513298-00) located in Maricopa County, Arizona. The Work Plan was submitted in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) §49-175 and §176.

The facility is located northeast of Lone Mountain Parkway and North Vistancia Boulevard in Peoria, Arizona.
