Individual Aquifer Protection Permit No. 511440, LTF 63190

Permittee

The City of Goodyear

The facility is located in in Maricopa County, over groundwater of the Phoenix Active Management Area groundwater basin in Township 1 North, Range 1 West, Section 8, SW1/4 of the Gila and Salt River Base Line and Meridian.
