ADEQ has issued the Record of Decision (ROD) for the Park-Euclid Water Quality Assurance Revolving Fund (WQARF) site in Tucson, Arizona. The ROD is the final legal document that describes the site’s selected remedy, a schedule and estimated cost to implement the remedy, and a response to all public comments received on the site’s Proposed Remedial Action Plan.1

Site Information

The Park-Euclid WQARF site contains contaminated groundwater and soil vapor plumes. Site contaminants of concern are tetrachloroethene (PCE), trichloroethene (TCE), cis-1,2-dichloroethene (cis-1,2-DCE), trans-1,2-dichloroethene (trans-1,2-DCE), and vinyl chloride. The approximate site boundaries are 9th Street to the north, 14th Street to the south, Mountain Avenue to the east, and Euclid Avenue to the west in Tucson.
