ADEQ has extended the informal comment period on the Phase 1 draft rule changes to Nov. 12, 2021.
This draft provides critical technical fixes and clarifications to ensure the current program is as efficient and protective as possible. Six technical work groups are currently assessing the program and will provide additional recommendations to ADEQ for consideration for a second rulemaking.

- Register to log in. You will only need to do this once: Click the button in the upper right and provide your name and email address. You will receive an email with instructions to set up a password. Click the password setup link in the email to log in and create a password.
Note: Your email will not be made public. - Provide comments. Documents available for comment will be listed on your home screen. Select the document you wish to review and comment on. Click the applicable location in the document, type your comment, select an option from the Comment Type drop-down (suggestion or question), and click Add Comment. This saves your comment to the document.
- Review comments. To see all of your comments, click on “My Comments” in the upper left menu bar.
