ADEQ has completed the Feasibility Study for the Lake Havasu Avenue and Holly Avenue Water Quality Assurance Revolving Fund (WQARF) Site in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.1 The Feasibility Study identifies a reference remedy and alternative remedies that should achieve the Site’s remedial objectives. It evaluates them based on comparison criteria to select a remedy that complies with A.R.S. § 49-282.06.2

Site Information

The Lake Havasu Avenue and Holly Avenue WQARF site contains contaminated soil and groundwater. Site contaminants of concern are hexavalent chromium, chromium, nitrate, tetrachloroethene (PCE), and trichloroethene (TCE). Approximate site boundaries are Centers Avenue to the north, Holly Avenue to the south, San Juan Drive to the east, and Aviation Drive to the west in Lake Havasu City.
