ADEQ has completed the Feasibility Study Report for the East Central Phoenix — 40th Street and Osborn Road Water Quality Assurance Revolving Fund (WQARF) site in Phoenix, Arizona.1 The Feasibility Study identifies a reference remedy and alternative remedies that should achieve the site’s remedial objectives. It evaluates them based on comparison criteria to select a remedy that complies with A.R.S. § 49-282.06.2

Site Information

The East Central Phoenix — 40th Street and Osborn Road WQARF site contains contaminated groundwater. The approximate site boundaries are East Fairmont Avenue to the north, East Hubbell Street to the south, 42nd to the east and 25th Street to the west. The site contaminant of concern is tetrachloroethene (PCE).
