PUBLIC NOTICE | Proposed Termination of Corrective Action Plan for a Leaking UST at Circle K #583 in Page

ADEQ is providing notice in accordance with Arizona Administrative Code (A.A.C.) R18-12-264.01, that a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) associated with a release from an underground storage tank (UST) system is being considered for termination.  The CAP submitted on Feb. 7, 2008, by ATC Associates Inc. is being considered for termination under A.A.C. R18-12-263.02(J).
