ADEQ proposes to issue an Arizona Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (AZPDES) renewal permit to discharge pollutants to Waters of the United States to the following applicant, subject to certain effluent limitations and special conditions:

Facility Information
Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department applied for a renewal AZPDES permit for the proposed discharge of up to 0.015 million gallons per day (mgd) of treated domestic wastewater from the Mt. Lemmon Wastewater Reclamation Facility (WRF) to unnamed tributary and Alder wash, all tributary to San Pedro River in the San Pedro River Basin in Township 11 S, Range 16 W, Section 30, in Pima County, Arizona. The Mt. Lemmon WRF is a publicly owned treatment works that receives domestic wastewater from residential properties in Summerhaven. Sludge is deposited into the Pima County collection system at Manhole 8716-03 for subsequent treatment at the Tres Rios WRF and solids conditioning and disposal at the Regional Bio-solids Facility.
