Kinder Morgan Inc. has submitted a request for a No Further Action (NFA) determination to the ADEQ Voluntary Remediation Program (VRP) for soil on property located on portions of Lots 352 and 353; a portion of the Silver Creek Association easement between Silvercroft Wash and the residences to the east; a portion of the drainage swale between Lots 352 and 353; and a portion of Silvercroft Wash in Tucson, Ariz., in an area known as the SFFP, L.P. Silvercroft Wash Release VRP Site. Contaminants of concern at the site are benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, total xylenes (collectively referred to as BTEX) and methyl tertiary butyl ether (MTBE). The NFA requests closure for soil and was submitted pursuant to Arizona Revised Statute (ARS) §49-181.
