Site Summary:

  • Monitor wells are sampled on an annual basis
  • A groundwater extraction system is in operation and was designed specifically to contain the groundwater plume
  • An additional groundwater monitoring well was installed in late 2017
  • Further characterization is being conducted on the western edge of the groundwater plume
  • Annual Groundwater Monitoring Report 2017 was submitted in March 2018
  • In May 2018, Honeywell submitted a work plan for the installation of two down-gradient sentinel wells
  • In September 2018, Honeywell installed a monitoring well to delineate the northern boundary of the plume
  • In February 2019, Honeywell installed a monitoring well, delineating the western boundary of the plume
  • In August 2019, Honeywell submitted and ADEQ approved groundwater flow model
  • March 2020, an Annual Groundwater Monitoring Report 2019 was submitted by Honeywell and approved by ADEQ
  • In December 2020, ADEQ received a Periodic Site Review Report
  • In March 2021 an Annual Groundwater Monitoring Report 2020 was submitted by Honeywell and approved by ADEQ
