Site Summary:
- Monitor wells are sampled on an annual basis.
- Monitoring reports are submitted on an annual basis and are reviewed by ADEQ.
- A Periodic Site Review (PSR) Report is submitted every 3 years and is reviewed by ADEQ. The latest PSR was submitted and approved by ADEQ in December 2020.
- A groundwater extraction system is in operation and was designed specifically to contain the groundwater plume.
- In May 2018, Honeywell submitted a work plan for the installation of two down-gradient sentinel wells.
- In September 2018, Honeywell installed a monitoring well to delineate the northern boundary of the plume.
- In February 2019, Honeywell installed a monitoring well, delineating the western boundary of the plume.
- In August 2019, Honeywell submitted and ADEQ approved groundwater flow model.
- In August 2022, ADEQ met with Honeywell and requested additional items be added to the site metrics.
- The next Periodic Status Report, which includes a thorough evaluation of remedy goals and site metrics, is due March 2024.
