Site Summary:

  • Groundwater characterized and delineated onsite; no offsite groundwater contamination identified
  • Soil vapor extraction system was utilized for soil, a No Further Action (NFA) determination for soil was issued in March 2014
  • A pump and treat system is in place to treat affected groundwater
  • Monitoring wells are sampled semi-annually
  • March 2019, ADEQ approved the Annual Groundwater Report
  • The Annual Groundwater Report was submitted and approved by ADEQ in April, 2020
  • In November 2020, a a Data Gaps/Data Needs Work Plan was submitted and is currently under VRP review
  • In December 2020, ADEQ approved the Data Gaps/Data Needs Work Plan
  • In March 2021, ADEQ approved the 2020 Annual Groundwater Report
