Detailed Monitoring Schedules

The schedules which can be downloaded below are a representation of the 2021 schedule that was provided to the MAP contractor at the beginning of the year. These are static documents meaning if the monitoring schedules for a system are updated based on data results, population changes, EPDS activations or inactivations, etc. throughout the year, these schedules will not be updated. Please use AZSDWIS to view the most current monitoring schedules for your system.
