PUBLIC HEARING | Yuma PM-10 Moderate Nonattainment Area Rulemaking
ADEQ is holding a public hearing to receive comments on the proposed rulemaking to amend the Arizona Administrative Code (A.A.C.) Title 18, Chapter 2, Articles 6 (Emissions from Existing and New Nonpoint Sources) and 13 (State Implementation Plan Rules for Specific Locations) to reduce fugitive dust emissions of particulate matter with a diameter of 10 micrometers or less (PM10) in the Yuma PM10 Nonattainment Area and fulfill federal Clean Air Act requirements for moderate PM10 nonattainment areas.
