ADEQ is holding a public hearing to receive comments on the preliminary decision to issue an Individual Aquifer Protection Program (APP) Permit to Arizona Electric Power Cooperative (AEPCO) for a new peaking natural gas-fired electric generating facility located in Mohave Valley, Arizona.
