Hazardous Waste Permitting
On Dec. 2, 2025, CS Clean applied for an Arizona hazardous waste storage and treatment permit. ADEQ is currently reviewing the application and developing a draft hazardous waste permit for public input. As part of this process, ADEQ will publish a public notice for the draft hazardous waste permit in the local newspaper that will provide details about:
- How to review the draft permit,
- The timing for the formal public comment period (which will be a minimum of 45 days), and
- How to submit public comments.

Community Engagement
