This notification is for the owner/operator of a solid waste facility with an approved Solid Waste Facility Plan to notify ADEQ of a change to the facility.  ADEQ will determine the category of the change, Types I, II, III and IV. Certain changes will require Solid Waste Facility Plan review, fees and public notice, and ADEQ will have to approve Type III and IV changes to the design or operation of an approved Solid Waste Facility Plan before implementation. The notification is valid until additional changes are anticipated.
