Site Summary:

• Phase I Site Investigation Report was approved by ADEQ in May 2018.
• Site characterization activities began March 2019 and were completed in October 2019.
• Waste Determination Report submitted March 2021.
• Phase III Work Plan was submitted and approved by ADEQ in November 2021, following a 30-day public comment period. Affected soils will be excavated, removed, and transported to an applicable landfill.
• Soil remediation began August 2023. Work is anticipated to continue through April 2024.
