The Hatcher Road Property site is currently a vacant piece of land used by multiple pest control and exterminating companies from approximately 1968 through 1987. Dieldrin and chlordane are the primary contaminants of concern. The proposed remedial action plan includes excavation and disposal of contaminated soil with the goal of receiving a Conditional No Further Action determination.
