On March 8, 2024, the comment period begins for the preliminary decision to issue an Individual Industrial Recycled Water Permit to Resolution Copper Mining LLC, for their facility located in Pinal County, Arizona. The comment period has been extended to end on May 7, 2024.
Individual Recycled Water Permit No.: 511181
Conditions established in this permit are designed to protect public health and safety, prevent contamination of groundwater through consumptive water use, and conserve potable water by using reclaimed resources.
Please note this permit is a renewal for the current permit, which authorizes the use of treated water as irrigation. This permit is not the Individual Areawide Aquifer Protection Program Permit for the mining operation (Permit No. 101703).
