ADEQ has issued the Record of Decision (ROD) for the West Central Phoenix – East Grand Avenue Water Quality Assurance Revolving Fund (WQARF) site in Phoenix, Arizona. The Record of Decision is the final legal document that describes the site’s selected remedy, a schedule and estimated cost to implement the remedy, and a response to all public comments on the site’s Proposed Remedial Action Plan¹

Site Information

The site contains contaminated groundwater. Site contaminants of concern are tetrachloroethene (PCE) and trichloroethene (TCE). The approximate plume boundaries are the Salt River Project Grand Canal to the north, North 29th Avenue to the east, West Cheery Lynn Road to the south, and North 33rd Avenue to the west in Phoenix.
