ADEQ is providing notice in accordance with Arizona Administrative Code (A.A.C.) R18-12-264.01, that a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) associated with a release from an underground storage tank (UST) system is being considered for termination.  The CAP submitted on Feb. 7, 2008, by ATC Associates Inc. is being considered for termination under A.A.C. R18-12-263.02(J).

The decision to terminate the CAP is based on corrective action goals not being achieved within the designated time period. ADEQ’s objective is to ensure that future actions conducted at this location adequately address corrective action goals and result in closure of the case.
