The facility is located in Casa Grande, Pinal County, Arizona, over the groundwater of the Pinal Active Management Area in the Eloy sub-basin, in Township 5 South, Range 5 East, Sections 26, 27, 28, 33, 34 and 35 of the Gila and Salt River Baseline and Meridian.
