New Aquifer Protection Permit | Patagonia Lake State Park WWTP

On June 14, 2024, the comment period begins for the preliminary decision to issue a new individual Aquifer Protection Permit (APP) to Arizona State Park Board for the Patagonia Lake State Park Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) located in Santa Cruz County. The comment period ends July 14, 2024.

Aquifer Protection Permit No.: 100624, LTF No. 82378

This permit will allow the permittee to comply with the two key requirements of the Aquifer Protection Program: 1. meet Aquifer Water Quality Standards at the Point of Compliance and 2. demonstrate Best Available Demonstrated Control Technology.
