ADEQ is extending the public comment period for the Notice of Proposed Expedited Rulemaking (NPERM) for amendments to the Arizona Pollutant Discharge Elimination System rules. A public comment period previously existed from Sept. 2, 2022, to Oct. 7, 2022, and is now extended to June 30, 2023. There are no changes from the previously published NPERM.
