COMMENT PERIOD BEGINS | Proposed Significant Revision Permit to Apache Nitrogen Products, Inc. in Cochise County

On June 16, 2021, the public comment period begins for the proposal to issue Significant Permit Revision Number 82463 to Apache Nitrogen Products, Inc (ANPI) in Cochise County for the evaluation of the AOP-4 Best Available Control Technology (BACT) Analysis submitted to ADEQ as a result of a consent decree with the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The public comment period ends on July 15, 2021.
