On April 1, 2022, the public comment period begins for the renewal of Arizona Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (AZPDES) permit (AZ0020001) coverage to Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department for the proposed discharge of up to 50 million gallons per day of treated domestic wastewater from the Tres Rios Wastewater Reclamation Facility (WRF) to the Santa Cruz River in Pima County, Arizona. The public comment period ends May 2, 2022.
