COMMENT PERIOD BEGINS | Proposed AZPDES New Permit for Big Park Domestic Wastewater Improvement District

On Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2017, the public comment period began for the proposed issuance of an Arizona Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (AZPDES) Permit to Big Park Domestic Wastewater Improvement District to discharge pollutants to U.S. waters.

A public hearing request must be in writing and include the reasons for such request. If there is a significant degree of public interest, the Director will hold a hearing in accordance with Arizona Administrative Code R18-9-A908(B).
