Misael Cabrera, Director of ADEQ, and Hill Brothers Chemical Company, an Arizona corporation, for property located at 4450 N. 42nd Ave., Phoenix, Arizona. The comment period ends on Dec. 13, 2022.

Public Notice Information

The settlement resolves ADEQ's claims against Hill Brothers Chemical Company, an Arizona corporation. The settlor will receive a covenant not to sue as provided by Arizona Revised Statute § 49-292(B) for matters addressed in the settlement.
