ADEQ has negotiated a Prospective Purchaser Agreement with Dos Rillitos, LLC, an Arizona Limited Liability Company, referred to as "Owner/Purchaser."

In the Prospective Purchaser Agreement, the State covenants not to sue Dos Rillitos, LLC, for existing contamination at 3660 N. Romero Road, Tucson, AZ 85705 at the time the Owner acquired it in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes 49-285.01.
