The facility is located at 11000 E. Treatment Plant Drive in Prescott Valley, in Yavapai County, Arizona, over groundwater of the Prescott Active Management Area in Township 14 N, Range 1 E, Section 16, N½, SW¼, SW¼, SW¼, and S½, NW¼, SW¼, SW¼, and Section 17, N½, SE¼, SE¼, SE¼, and S½, NE¼, SE¼, SE¼, of the Gila and Salt River Baseline and Meridian.
