Pursuant to Arizona Administrative Code, Title 18, Chapter 9, Article 1, the ADEQ Director intends to issue a significant amendment to an Aquifer Protection Permit (APP) to the following applicant:

Facility Name

Agua Nueva Water Reclamation Facility (WRF)

Permit Type

Individual Aquifer Protection Permit No. P-100655; LTF No. 85980

Permittee

Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department (PCRWRD)

Location

The facility is located at 2947 W. Calle Agua Nueva, Tucson, Arizona (Pima County), over groundwater of the Upper Santa Cruz Sub-Basin in the Tucson Active Management Area, in Township 13S, Range 13E, Section 21, NW¼, SE¼, SE¼ of the Gila and Salt River Baseline and Meridian.
