Arizona Fueling Facilities Corporation (AFFC) has submitted a request for a No Further Action (NFA) determination to the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) Voluntary Remediation Program (VRP) for the AFFC Pipeline 23rd Avenue Release Site VRP site. The NFA requests closure for groundwater and was submitted in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes § 49-181.
