For Soil | There is little to no health risk unless there is contact with skin or ingestion of contaminated soil
Site Summary:
- Engineering controls (engineered caps and drainage systems) are in place to eliminate exposure.
- Site is currently inspected on an annual basis and after major rain events.
- Site Inspection Report submitted in May 2018.Site Inspection Reports were reviewed and approved in July 2018.
- Site Inspection Reports were submitted and approved by ADEQ in January 2019.
- Site Inspection Report was submitted and approved by ADEQ in January 2020.
- Site Inspection Report was submitted and approved by ADEQ in March 2021.Site Inspection Report was submitted in January 2022 and approved by ADEQ in August 2022.
- Volunteer submitted a work plan for additional site characterization of a parcel within the Arizona Copper Company VRP site boundary in October 2022. The VRP conditionally approved the work plan on Oct. 21, 2022.
- Site Inspection Report was submitted and approved by ADEQ in January 2023.
