Site Summary:
- Phase I Site Investigation Report was approved by ADEQ in May 2018.
- Site characterization activities began March 2019 and were completed in October 2019.
- Waste Determination Report submitted March 2021.
- Phase III Work Plan was submitted and approved by ADEQ in November 2021, following a 30-day public comment period. Affected soils will be excavated, removed, and transported to an applicable landfill.
- Soil remediation began August 2023, completed May 2024.
- Remediation Completion Report approved February 2025.
- Request for No Further Action submitted February 2025.
