Notice Read the Following: Pursuant to Arizona Administrative Code, Title 18, Chapter 9, Article 1, the ADEQ Director intends to issue a significant amendment to an Aquifer Protection Permit (APP) to the following applicant(s):

Permit Type

Individual Aquifer Protection Permit No. 100193, LTF 65618

Permittee

Freeport-McMoRan Morenci Inc.

The facility is located in near Morenci, Ariz., Greenlee County, Ariz., in all or portions of Sections 21, 22, 23, 26, 27, 28 and 32 – 35 in Township 3 South, Range 29 East; Sections 1 – 36 in Township 4 South, Range 29 East, and Sections 1 – 12 and 14 – 17 in Township 5 South, Range 29 East of the Gila and Salt River Base Line and Meridian.
