Skyline Real Estate applied for a renewal AZPDES permit for the proposed discharge of up to 0.0125 million gallons per day (MGD) of treated domestic wastewater from the Black Canyon Ranch RV Resort Wastewater Treatment Plant to an unnamed wash tributary to Black Canyon Creek in Yavapai County, Arizona. The facility is a privately-owned treatment works that receives domestic wastewater from residential and commercial sources in the Black Canyon RV Resort community. Sludge is pumped from a sludge holding tank by a licensed contractor and hauled to a licensed solid waste management facility for further processing. Biosolids are landfilled at the Waste Management Northwest Regional Landfill.
