The City of Kingman applied for a renewal AZPDES permit for the proposed discharge of up to 0.62 million gallons per day (MGD) of treated domestic wastewater from the Downtown Wastewater Treatment Plant to the Holy Moses Wash in the Lower Colorado Watershed in Mohave County, Arizona. The facility is a privately-owned treatment works that receives domestic wastewater from residential and commercial sources in the City of Kingman. Sludge is stabilized in an aerobic digester and then thickened or dewatered. Biosolids are landfilled at Cerbat Landfill.
