Air Quality Permit Revision | TQP Yuma Bioprocessing Facility

On Aug. 26, 2026, the comment period begins for the proposal to issue a Significant Permit Revision to an air quality control permit to Top Quality Products, LLC (TQP), to update emission limitations, monitoring parameters and performance test requirements at the Yuma Bioprocessing Facility located in Yuma County, Arizona. The comment period ends Sept. 25, 2026.

The facility is subject to the requirements of federal and state clean air regulations. The facility includes four simple cycle combustion turbines and emits the following air contaminants: coarse particulate matter with diameters 10 micrometers or less (PM10), fine particulate matter with diameters 2.5 micrometers or less (PM2.5), volatile organic compounds (VOCs), nitrogen oxides (NOX), sulfur dioxide (SO2), carbon monoxide (CO) and hazardous air pollutants (HAPs).
