VIRTUAL STAKEHOLDER MEETING | Hazardous Waste Rule Update

ADEQ is updating the State of Arizona’s hazardous waste rules to incorporate seven rules promulgated by the EPA since July 1, 2020, make technical corrections, and update to how the Consumer Price Index adjustment is applied to hazardous waste fees.

 

We invite all stakeholders to attend this virtual meeting to learn more about the rule update and to provide feedback.
