Bahama Avenue and Bimini Lane WQARF Site | Draft RI Report

On July 15, 2026, the comment period begins for the draft Remedial Investigation (RI) report for the Bahama Avenue and Bimini Lane Water Quality Assurance Revolving Fund site in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. The comment period ends Sept. 14, 2026.

The Remedial Investigation identifies the nature, extent and source(s) of the site’s contamination; current and potential impacts to public health and the environment; current and reasonably foreseeable land and water uses at the site; and evaluates other information necessary for identification and comparison of alternative remedial actions.  

The site contains contaminated groundwater and soil. The site contaminants of concern are tetrachloroethene (PCE), trichloroethene (TCE), and arsenic. Approximate site boundaries are Industrial Boulevard to the north, El Camino Drive to the south, the Orion Lane alignment to the east, and Lake Havasu to the west.in Lake Havasu City.
